Access has been improving the lives of thousands of Jamaicans. Throughout the years we have consistently provided financing for our teachers and parents and today, we remain committed to supporting education for our children.

​​​​Our Young Scholars Education Scholarship will benefit
20 students with scholarships valued at $40,000 each.
How to apply online
1.Read carefully the qualifying criteria (click here)
2. Complete the online scholarship application form. Upload the required documents (Student Recommendation Form, Last Year End School Report, Child's Birth Certificate)
​3. Student Recommendation - This can be submitted using either of two methods:

Download and complete a hard copy which will be uploaded via the online application form.

The teacher or school administrator can submit a written recommendation via email a recommendation.
How to apply using paper application
1.Read carefully the qualifying criteria (click here)
2. Collect the Scholarship Application and Student Recommendation forms at any Access Financial Services location or download a copy by clicking here.
3. Complete both forms and drop off with all required documents at any Access Financial Services location.
Scholarship Criteria
Personal Loan Criteria

Applicant must:
-
Be a parent/guardian of a child under 18 years who is enrolled in a public/private learning institution in Jamaica.

At the date of application have an existing loan that is no more than 30 days late.

Have obtained 5 or more personal loans (not including loans taken from DamarkMCL) with most recent loan disbursed in 2021.
-
Child must have a minimum “B” average on last end of year school report.

Child should be involved in school club / group.

Completed Student Recommendation Form.

Copy of child’s birth certificate.
Business Loan Criteria

Applicant must:
-
Be a parent/guardian of a child under 18 years who is enrolled in a public/private learning institution in Jamaica.

At the date of application have an existing loan that is no more than 15 days late.

Have obtained 10 or more business loans (not including loans taken from DamarkMCL) with most recent loan disbursed in 2021.
-
Child should have a minimum “B” average on last end of year school report.

Child should be involved in school club /group.

Completed Student Recommendation Form.

Copy of child’s birth certificate.
