Notice of Delay - Audited Financial Statements and Annual Report

Access Financial Services Limited (“AFS”) wishes to advise that the submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which becomes due on May 30, 2026, will be delayed.

The financial statements are expected to be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by June 30, 2026.

The delay is necessary to facilitate the completion of the external audit process and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the audited financial information to be presented to shareholders and the market.

Additionally, the publication of the Company’s Annual Report will also be delayed and is now expected to be released by August 31, 2026.

AFS thanks its shareholders and stakeholders for their continued support and understanding as it works to finalize the audit process.
