Access Financial Services 2025 Annual General Meeting Postponed

The Board of Directors of Access Financial Services (AFS) Limited has advised that the company’s 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025, has been postponed due to the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

The company says a new date will be announced once weather conditions improve and management has made an impact assessment.

The AFS Board has apologized to its shareholders for any inconvenience that may be caused by the postponement of the AGM. It urged all Jamaicans to take every precaution to remain safe as the country continues to feel the effects of the weather system. 

In the meantime, the Board said all AFS branches remain closed until further notice and invited customers and other stakeholders to follow their social media pages and news media reports for updates.
