Access Financial Services Limited – Notice of Delay in Submission of Audited Financial Statements and Annual Report for the Year Ended March 31, 2025

Access Financial Services Limited (“AFS”) wishes to advise that the submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, which becomes due on May 30, 2025, will be delayed. The financial statements are expected to be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by July 31, 2025.

This delay is primarily due to the recent cybersecurity breach, which has extended the scope of the External audit. Consequently, the publication of the Company's Annual Report will also be delayed and is now expected to be released by September 15, 2025.

AFS remains committed to transparency and will continue to keep shareholders and other stakeholders informed of any further developments.
