Dr. Tamiko Sadler is a seasoned commercial banker and accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience spanning the banking sector and retail automotive industry. She serves as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee, bringing rigorous financial oversight and independent leadership to the AFS Board.

Currently Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Fleetmaster Truck Parts Limited, Dr. Sadler combines deep institutional banking knowledge with hands-on business leadership. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Florida International University.

Dr. Sadler was appointed to the Board in February 2026, further strengthening AFS's corporate governance framework as one of three independent directors.
