Michael Shaw is a seasoned banking executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, bringing deep expertise in sales management, risk management, and governance to his role as Chairman of the AFS Board.

A former Managing Director at Scotiabank Belize, he has built a strong track record of revenue generation and operational excellence across local and international markets.

Mr. Shaw currently serves as Chairman of the National Water Commission, and holds board directorships at the Urban Development Corporation (UDC), the Jamaica Mortgage Bank, and Polypet Limited.
