Marcus James is the visionary behind Access Financial Services Limited, which he founded and has led as a director since 2000. Appointed Executive Chairman in June 2021, he has spent over two decades steering AFS's growth into Jamaica's leading microfinance institution.

Beyond AFS, Mr. James contributes his leadership across a range of private sector and sporting boards, serving as a Director of British Caribbean Insurance Company Limited, Tennis Jamaica, and iPrint Digital Jamaica.

He is also a founding member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global network of chief executives committed to better leadership through lifelong learning.
