Justine Collins is an Attorney-at-Law at Hart Muirhead Fatta, specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law with a focused interest in technology law. Her research and practice span blockchain applications, computer law, financial technology, and e-commerce law - bringing a forward-looking legal perspective to the AFS Board's corporate governance framework.

Ms. Collins has contributed to shaping Jamaica's digital legal landscape, having presented submissions on the Data Protection Bill to the Joint Select Committee of Parliament. She also lectures at the Jamaica Stock Exchange E-campus on Data Protection Law.

She is a member of the Caribbean Blockchain Alliance, the Jamaican Chapter of the Internet Society, and the Computer Society of Jamaica.
