MegaBiz is the company’s newest business loan service, is available to small and medium enterprises that are involved in light manufacturing, production of business services, agriculture, agro processing and production of craft items. Loans may be used for working capital support or to facilitate the purchase of fixed assets. Loans may be considered for new enterprises provided that a solid business plan is presented and approved by the credit committee. MegaBiz is targeted to businesses who want to borrow between J$350k and J$3m. The interest rate is 10% p.a. on the reducing balance with a maximum loan term of 48 months.. 

Requirements:

APPLICANT

• Two passport size pictures.
• TRN for borrower
• TRN for business Business
• Tax Compliance Certificate
• Business Plan with 3 years projections
• Business Registation Documents
• 2 Character Reference Letters
• Copies of 6 months Utility Bills for business and residence
• Audited Financial Statements or Proof of business income and expenditure
